Since 2018, Kino Guarimba has been transforming Amantea into an open-air film set: an international residency where directors, screenwriters, actors, musicians, and technicians from all over the world come together to create short films in a short time, with limited resources but with complete creative freedom.
Over the years, dozens of films have been born from the encounter of cultures, languages, and styles, becoming a living archive of stories, experiments, and unique collaborations.
