LA GUARIMBA MUSIC CAMP <\/span>\n

La Guarimba Music Camp<\/strong> is a residency for emerging musicians and composers that takes place in Calabria, the wildest region of Italy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=”https:\/\/youtu.be\/zLw9tW2u0hk” css=””][vc_column_text css=””]\n

For the third edition, we are looking for 5 musicians<\/b> who want to connect with their inner self, people who are struggling with creative block<\/span> or who want to find new inspiration.<\/div>\n
You\u00a0will attend a\u00a0music training program<\/b>, structured with different activities that take place in our spaces in Amantea.<\/div>\n

A\u00a0team of tutors\u00a0<\/b>will follow your creative process, applying non-formal\u00a0education methodologies and fostering\u00a0a cultural exchange<\/b> with the local community.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

WHEN <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>3rd<\/sup> edition <\/b>will take place in Amantea (CS) from the 5<\/strong><\/span>th to the 22nd of September 2026<\/b>.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]\n

THE WORK ENVIRONMENT <\/span>\n

The residency participants will be hosted in shared apartments, equipped with everything they will need.<\/p>\n

During the day,\u00a0different activities<\/b> will be organised in our spaces and around Amantea. Guided tours, lunches with local foods and meetings with traditional musicians will be organised to allow participants to immerse themselves in the local culture<\/b>.<\/div>\n
\n

We will offer everyone the opportunity to work in our library that provides workstations, computers, fast internet, and other resources. Training activities will take place in our recording studio<\/strong>, in which participants will be able to compose and record original works.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We will host\u00a0open-air events<\/b>\u00a0and performances in our cultural space\u00a0Il Terrenito<\/b>, located next to\u00a0our offices, in the center of Amantea.<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_media_grid css=”” grid_id=”vc_gid:1761124301799-3ae20680-4c31-2″ include=”5025,3314,5017″][vc_column_text css=””]\n
